We have a few additional rules that we would like our guests to follow during their stay:

Non-smoking: We have a strict no-smoking policy in the apartment. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or on the balcony.

Pets: We are able to accept pets in the apartment, upon request.

Noise: We ask our guests to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum during their stay, particularly after 10 p.m.

Additional Guests: We ask our guests not to invite other people to the apartment without our prior permission.

Respect for property: We ask our guests to treat the apartment with respect and not cause damage to the property.

Terrace: It is forbidden to access the terrace, to move around there or to place objects there. Barbecues are therefore prohibited.

We have included these additional rules to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, as well as to protect our property. We thank you for respecting these rules during your stay.

During your stay
* The apartment must be returned to the same condition as you found it.
* Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, even through the window.
* Eating is not permitted in the rooms.
* The number of unmade beds must reflect the number of people when you booked.
* Dishes must be washed WELL and stored DRY in the cupboards.
* If there is a burnt out light bulb or something broken or that requires a little intervention on our part, please let us know for the sake of future travelers.
* Prostitution or porn films are prohibited under risk of prosecution.
*Check-out time is 11am. If you expect to be late, let us know in advance.
* Late check-out fees are 15 euros per 15 minutes.


When you leave
* Trash and recycling must be placed in the bin at the back provided for this purpose.
* Put the key back in the key box by repeating the code. Scramble the code afterwards.
* Please turn off all lights, lock the door and close windows securely in all seasons.
* ATTENTION front door with impact so do not leave the key on the door inside if you go out at the risk of no longer being able to enter without the intervention of a locksmith.
* We thank you in advance for removing your sheets from the beds used. You can collect all the laundry (sheets, towels, tea towels, dish sponge) on the table or in the bathroom.


For any breach of these regulations or the apartment found in a very dirty condition, an amount will be deducted from your deposit for repairs or additional cleaning. These regulations were put in place to protect each other because we have had these problems in the past.
